O The purpose that we introduce this dish is to let people know there are varieties of vegetarian meats which we can buy from vegetarian food shops.

(我們介紹這一道菜餚的目的,是為了讓大家知道,我們可以從素料店買得到各式各樣的素肉。)

O Most vegetarian meats are made from soy protein or wheat protein. They are delicious, healthy & no need to kill.

(大部分的素肉是由大豆蛋白及小麥蛋白製成的,美味可口、健康又可避免殺生。)

O All the meats on our dinner table can be substituted by vegetarian meats- Soya or gluten pork, steak, fish, chicken..etc

(所有我們餐桌上的肉品都可以用素肉替代,例如:素豬肉、素羊肉、素牛排、素雞、素魚……等等 )

Ingredients:
*Fruit Salad (Refer to 1. Fruit Salad)
*Delights (Refer to 2. Delights)
*Avocado Tofu Salad (Refer to 3. Avocado Tofu Salad)
Preparation:
*Put Fruit Salad on the plate evenly.
*Put Delights nicely on the top of fruit salad, And dress ketchup, mustard, vegetarian BBQ sauce or coleslaw.
*Put Avocado Tofu Salad as well nicely on the top of fruit salad. 材料
*水果沙拉(請參考下面“水果沙拉”的作法)
*冷盤(請參考下面“冷盤”的作法)
*豆腐酪梨沙拉(請參考下面“豆腐酪梨沙拉”的作法)
作法
*將水果沙拉平均鋪放在盤上。
*將素火腿及煎好的素烤鴨切片-冷盤,整齊的擺放在水果沙拉的上面。
*擠一些蕃茄醬、芥末醬、素烤醬或美奶滋在素火腿片及素烤鴨片-冷盤上。
*將豆腐酪梨沙拉也整齊的擺放在水果沙拉的上面。

1.Fruit Salad 水果沙拉

Ingredients:
Any kind’s vegetable leaves and fruits that you like

Seasonings:
2 tsp sugar

1/2 tsp natural MSG (available in oriental vegetarian shops)

1 tsp salt

1 tsp olive or any kind of vegetable oil

3 tsp Orange juice or lemon juice

Preparation:
Mix seasonings to make a dressing.

Wash all the vegetable leaves and fruits.

Cut all the leaves & fruits (peel, if it’s necessary)

into suitable size.
Pour dressing over the ingredients and toss well.
Then put it on the plate evenly.
材料

任何您喜愛的生菜葉及水果

調味料

2小匙糖

1/2小匙天然味素

1小匙鹽

1小匙橄欖油 或 植物油

3小匙柳澄汁 或 檸檬汁

作法

將所有的調味料混合均勻成調味醬。

將所有的生菜葉及水果洗乾淨,並將水果削好皮。

將所有的生菜及水果切成適當的大小。

將切好的生菜及水果與調味醬混合均勻,

並平均鋪放在盤上。



2.Delights 冷盤
Ingredients:
Vegetarian Ham (available in oriental vegetarian shops)

Golden Roast Soya Duck (available in oriental vegetarian shops)

Preparation:
Fried Roast Soya Duck with oil until 4 sides of it turns golden brown & crispy.

Slice Vegetarian Ham and Roast Soya Duck. Put them nicely on the top of fruit salad.

Dress ketchup, mustard, vegetarian BBQ sauce or coleslaw.
材料

素火腿

黃金素烤鴨

作法

用油將“黃金素烤鴨”四面煎酥脆。

將素火腿及煎好的素烤鴨切片,整齊的擺放在水果沙拉的上面。

擠一些蕃茄醬、芥末醬、素烤醬或美奶滋在素火腿片及素烤鴨片上。


3.Avocado Tofu Salad 豆腐酪梨沙拉
Ingredients:
1 Tofu

1 Avocado
Seasonings:

3 tsp soy paste (available in oriental grocery shops)

2 tsp sesame oil (available in oriental grocery shops)
3 tsp extra light olive oil

Preparation:

Mash tofu & peeled Avocado.
Mix seasonings and pour it to the mashed tofu & Avocado and mix well.
Put them nicely on the top of fruit salad.
材料

一塊豆腐

一個酪梨

調味料

3小匙醬油膏

2小匙芝麻油

3小匙橄欖油

作法

將剝好皮的酪梨及豆腐切碎。

將所有的調味料放入酪梨及豆腐內,攪拌均勻。

整齊的擺放在水果沙拉的上面。
